On October 15, I flew from Chengdu, China to SLC, UT. The next day I boarded yet another plane to the East Coast for NOLS alumni reunion events in NYC and Philadelphia. Despite the jet-lag, it was great to see some familiar faces and to talk about the culmination of three expeditions to the Shaluli Shan Range in Western China. I am now in Austin and will return to Utah tomorrow and begin editing a new documentary about Western China
